Despite their dire situations, it is important to exhibit kindness towards bums and offer a helping hand whenever possible. Society must work together to deal with the fundamental problems that lead to homelessness, in order to build a more compassionate community. By providing resources, increasing consciousness, and calling for reform, we can aspire to better the circumstances of these disadvantaged citizens.
